Your goals are our priority! Let us know what you want to achieve, and we’ll recommend the perfect training program for you.
IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO MASTER ALL HOCKEY SKILLS IN JUST ONE SESSION. There are too many skills to develop, and some require hundreds of repetitions.
That’s why we’ve structured our skill development program into specialized modules:
Personally
In a group of up to 4 people up per coach, work is like individual
Knowledge
A lot of useful information: from the correct tying of shoelaces to the nuances of skills technique
Realization
At each stage we focus on a single skill for complete mastery
Safety
We monitor players’ pulse and overall well-being
Profit
Our sessions provide more interaction with the coach, which will help to correct mistakes and learn something new
Internationally
We welcome players from all over the world and offer instruction in English, French, and Russian
SKATING TREADMILL PROGRAM
A highly specialized hockey skating program designed to focus on a player’s skating technique and improve their stride. Players will receive individualized training on the skatemill based on their diagnostic Skating Analysis results.
Other special tools to help players elevate their game include Live Delay, which provides delayed video feedback to the player, the laser system, and Instructor, designed to provide specific exercises to shore up weaknesses in the player’s stride.
As athletes advance to higher levels of development, tools including Peripheral Navigation, Stride Power (15+), and Shooter may be used to help players master stickhandling and shooting in perfect stride while pushing their conditioning levels.

SHOOTING CLINIC
The success of any shot depends on proper fundamental technique. You can take endless shots during practice, but what truly matters is executing them correctly.
At our Shooting Clinic, we work in small groups (no more than 3 players) and thoroughly break down the technique — how to position the feet, hold the stick, and place the puck before the shot.
And of course, we shoot, shoot, and shoot again — correcting mistakes and improving accuracy, quickness, and shot power.

FAQ
For training in our center, we ask you to bring: indoor sports shoes, gym attire, skates, a hockey stick, hockey gloves, leg guards, elbow pads and a helmet (for children under 9 years old), a water bottle.
The main goal of training in our center is to improve the personal qualities of the athlete. To achieve this, the coach must have the opportunity to dedicate time to each individual. In our center, you can choose to train either individually or in a group (no more than 4 people). When training in a group, you are responsible for finding and organizing the participants, while coordinating the training time with us.
You can sign up for a lesson using the form on our website. The lesson time is reserved only for you or for the group you are in.
It’s very individual. We recommend taking between 5 to 10 sessions without big breaks between each, so that we can help address weaknesses in your skating and improve your technique.
Training on synthetic ice requires special attention to skate sharpening. In our center, we use professional ProSharp equipment, ensuring optimal skate performance both in our facility and on the ice.
At the end of the training session, the coach briefly summarizes the results of the work done, highlights the most important points, and provides recommendations on what to focus on at home (exercises, diet, sleep routine).
To choose a specific coach, you need to send a request specifying your preferred training time. Our team consists of wonderful specialists, so the training will go great.
If you are attending your first training session, the coach will work with you in all areas of our center (gym, shooting zone, skating machine zone) to assess your skill level and determine the best training plan for you. Further training sessions are structured based on the athlete's personal training plan and preferences.
The shooting zone can be visited by children aged 4 and above. For each age, we use our own programs, designed taking into account the age characteristics of the hockey player. For the little ones, we conduct general physical training classes: - Increases joint mobility; - Strengthens ligaments and ligament muscles; - Strengthens the muscles of the shoulder girdle, arms, torso, neck and legs; - Increases endurance; - Increases reaction speed and decision-making; - Develops a sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team in the child.
In our opinion, everything depends on the child’s individual qualities and level of development. It is extremely important to provide them with guided exercises, carefully adjust the workload, and develop correct movement patterns and body positioning during skating. Training on a skating treadmill allows for close control of these aspects. It can be introduced from the age of 5, taking the above factors into account.

HDC’s hockey camp in Leysin was a fantastic experience for my child. It was our first sports camp, and the organization was top-notch—both on the ice and in the gym. The training was not just physically demanding but also mentally stimulating. Great job!

The training program was excellent! The structured approach helped my child learn new techniques while pushing his limits. By the end of the camp, his stick was worn down from all the hard work! He wished he could stay longer. Thanks to all the coaches!
