The number of participants in each camp is limited, and is determined by the coaching staff at the meeting when building a lesson plan based on the intended programs, methods and exercises. But no more than 8 people per coach!
Every day:
- 120 minutes ice practice
- 1 hour off-ice practice
- 30 minutes flexibility and agility

- Improvement of individual hockey skills and technical equipment of the player;
- To instill and increase the love for hockey, teach independence, lay the foundations for developing a sports character.

For ice training:
• Full set of hockey equipment (don't forget to sharpen your skates)
• Two sticks
• Two sets of underwear
• Two pairs of hockey socks
• Spare laces, tape
• Bottle for water
• Shower accessories (towel, flip flops, personal hygiene products)
• !!!necessarily neck protection!!!
For off-ice practice:
• Sneakers
• Warm sports suit - 1 pc.
• T-shirts - 2 pcs.
• Shorts - 2 pcs.
• Socks - 4 pairs

• Cones – Used for marking the ice and indicating movement direction; also simulate obstacles.
• Opponent simulators – Create game-like scenarios with three points of contact (simulating two skates and a stick).

• BOSU ball – Enhances coordination and balance; suitable for anaerobic speed-strength training.
• Medicine balls – Add resistance; used for push-ups, squats, and core exercises.
• Rubber half-ball (balance dome) – For coordination, balance, and muscular endurance.
• Wooden half-ball – Used for coordination and balance during stickhandling and stick control training.
• Dribbling balls:
• Metal

• Gym mats – For stretching, static exercises, and core workouts.
• TRX – For bodyweight training, maximum strength, and endurance.
