We don’t just push for physical effort — we focus on the details that matter.
Our training helps young players think the game, understand their skills, and know when and how to use them during real play.

- Camp arrival time is coordinated in the group chat.
- Once at the ice arena, players meet the coaching staff and support team, get settled in the locker rooms, unpack their gear, and receive their camp jersey and gym training kit.
- The first on-ice session includes an assessment-based practice. This allows our coaches to evaluate each player and assign them to the most suitable training subgroup.
- We tailor training intensity and methodology based on age and development level. HDC runs camps for all age categories. Sessions are designed without unnecessary physical overload — we use resistance bands, harnesses, and other specialized tools to deliver safe, effective training without harming the body.
- Each camp has a limited number of participants, carefully selected by the coaching team during planning. Group sizes are based on the training program, drills, and focus areas of that specific session.
- Accommodation is arranged with flexibility — players are encouraged to choose roommates based on personal preferences, with oversight from the coaching staff to ensure comfort and balance.
- Our coaching team includes specialists from Switzerland, France, and Russia, with experience running elite-level hockey camps since 2015. For over 10 years, we’ve developed and delivered one of the most effective and well-structured training programs in Switzerland — and beyond.
- Each camp is led by two experienced coaches. Some sessions also include an on-site administrator to help coordinate logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- The administrator is available 24/7 to handle any emergencies and answer any questions from players or parents.
- All HDC coaches are certified in first aid. We always carry two full medical kits: one for basic first aid, and one fully equipped for any scenario.
Our Goals:
✔️ Comprehensive stickhandling development, including:
dribbling, wrist shot, slap shot, puck receiving, passing, fakes, dekes, and one-on-one attacking.
✔️ Game situation simulations on a regular basis — we recreate real scenarios to help players develop their personal technical-tactical toolkit, gain experience, and reflect on it.
We do not teach rigid, pre-scripted tactical patterns.

- How to stay strong under pressure, protect yourself in collisions, and safely win puck battles.
For ice training:

• Shower accessories (towel, flip flops, personal hygiene products)

• Socks - 4 pairs
